Lynn McCary Events (LME) is a boutique events company that plans and manages special events for individuals, corporations, and not-for-profit organizations in New York and nationally. LME’s experience comes from 25 years in the business and has earned us Exclusive Event Planner status at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. We are a certified WBE Company (Women-Owned Business Enterprise) by the NYC Department of Small Business Services.

Munich Security Conference Dinner

The Munich Security Conference is the world’s leading forum for debating international security policy. The Germany-based NGO will bring high-profile decision-makers and thought-leaders from around the world for a private dinner in The Temple of Dendur in The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Lynn McCary Events will oversee the day-of production of the event.

National Coalition Against Censorship Annual Benefit

Monday, November 11, 2019 Tribeca 360, NYC

The National Coalition Against Censorship promotes freedom of thought, inquiry and expression and advocates for policies and reforms that protect First Amendment rights. The organization works with schools and libraries as well as individual artists and arts institutions to oppose censorship in all its forms. The Coalition’s annual fall gala will honor the bestselling author Jason Reynolds and, posthumously, the groundbreaking multi-disciplinary artist Carolee Schneemann. The event will also feature an online art auction powered by Paddle 8 and a silent book auction. Lynn McCary Events is overseeing planning of the event and will coordinate the day-of event production.

The Kenyon Review 2019 Award for Literary Achievement

Wednesday, November 6, 2019 Rainbow Room, NYC

The annual Kenyon Review Award for Literary Achievement celebrates writers for the courage of their vision, their unparalleled imagination, and for the beauty of their art. The 2019 award will be presented to the acclaimed American novelist and short story writer T. Coraghessan Boyle. The evening’s proceeds will benefit the Kenyon Review and scholarships to the Review’s prestigious summer programs for young writers. Lynn McCary Events is overseeing planning of the benefit and will coordinate the day-of event production.
